Joseph Wallace, Double and Electric Bass
Joseph Wallace is a double and electric bassist living in Manhattan. Joseph’s musical journey began early in his life with the piano. He then transitioned to the electric bass to play in his friend’s rock band. From then on he knew that music would be an important part of his life.
Joseph holds a B.A. in Music Education from Montclair State University with a concentration in Double Bass. Joseph has forged a successful career in the music industry working as a bassist, traveling all over the globe as a performer including extensive touring across the U.S. and Canada with Disney’s hit Broadway show “Newsies". In New York, Joseph performs with numerous groups and artists in varying genres. These performances include numerous dates at Carnegie Hall, on Broadway and at some of New York City’s most prestigious venues.
While trying to find new ways to grow as an artist and expand his career Joseph started the path to becoming a full fledged piano tuner. He is excited to start a new chapter in his musical journey as an aspiring piano technician and thrilled to serve the musical community at large in New York City.
